Villa Zoi
Villa Zoi is a brand new property in one of the most unspoilt areas of Kefalonia. Designed in high aesthetic standards, elegantly furnished with unique style and elegance, is an exclusive retreat offering stunning panoramic views to the mountainside.
The villa is built on two floors, with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and a WC on the ground floor. The first floor hosts two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, built –in closets and a family bathroom. The big terrace on the upstairs offers unrivalled views.
The villa covers an area of 92m² and is designed to house up to 6 persons. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with high end hotplates, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine and a coffee pot. The entrance to the villa is private, gated with a parking area.
For safety reasons the swimming pool is gated and located in a different level from the villa. The pool dimensions are 3,75 x 9m in a surrounding environment of 150m².
